At Bathroom City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bathroom fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all fittings, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at a designated courier point or schedule a collection for larger palletized items like baths and vanities.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
